Periods, faint pos tests, look and feel pregnant

i keep getting faint positives and got my period 5 days late... bled for 2 days then stopped.. my breasts are growing, belly is hard and growing, got a linea nigra up to my belly button.. oh and also blue veins in my boobs going towards my nips... have any of you had a similar experience and if so can i please have some advice

U dont get the linea negra on the first month or grow.. the faint positives were before or after the bleeding?

You might be pregnant! I'm literally confused with my pregnancy lately. I took test after test, blood is negative, and omg I'm like come on. I'm having symptoms like extreme hunger, right now I made super thick sandwich and I'm still hungry I'm about to eat a yogurt. And my belly hurts when I'm doing home chores, then every time I do something I start to spot light pink very faint, right now I just wiped and light blood came out. I'm lost my breasts are soar,I'm scared and confused. Its killing me this confused. Any advice?

Blue dye tests always have some sort of faint line, even when not pregnant. Try a pink dye one, but it doesn't sound like u are pregnant. Ur appearance doesn't change that quickly in the early days/wks of pregnancy, u may have something else going on.
