Need advice on ovulation testing and BBT!!

So my husband and I have been TTC for 3 1/2 years naturally. We used pre-seed last month and this month I am trying to start BBT and ovulation testing as well. I have never used anything so I need any advice on either!! I want to do these the right way. I'm not sure if I'm ovulating, so that is my main focus this month. Periods are regular, but I have had a lot of symptoms of either PCOS or a hormonal imbalance. HELP!!!

i have responded under the other post.
to add: if your periods are regular you possibly do ovulate, but there are many other causes that can prevent you from falling pregnant (eg your tubes should get checked, and then there is your husband, too)

If you haven't conceived in 3.5 years naturally you should see a doctor. They recommend trying for one year and if no luck, seek help.
