Am I really pregnant?
Ok first off, I'm going out of my mind about all of this. I thought I had implantation on Feb 26- 28th. On March 1st I had very bad cramps and gushed blood with clots, this continued on and off until March 5th. I also took 2 pregnancy tests on March 3rd one digital (1-2 weeks) and a frer which was super light. I also got blood work done on the 3rd and recently found out my beta was 16. On March 6th, I got blood done again and an ultrasound. The ultrasound did not show anything. The clinic ruled it as a miscarriage. I accepted this.
Today, (March 7th), the doctor called me and told me that he apologizes but my second beta test showed that I am now at level 47. I am to get blood work done every two days.
How can I go from a losing all that blood and severe pains and thinking that I miscarried, to now deemed as "pregnant" .
I am so confused and going out of my mind.
If I was indeed pregnant why are the levels so low at 15 and 18dpo? And would the baby be alright with so muc

Use this calculator to help you decide when to take your first home pregnancy test.

bleeding in itself can be normal. many women bleed in early pregnancy, sometimes strongly (the uterus sometimes sheds the extra lining in places where it is not needed for the baby)
the levels are a bit on the low side but you have to wait and see how they develop. there is nothing else one can do but wait. maybe check your progesterone levels too to make sure you do not need supplementation.
an ultrasound can only show pregnancy when the levels are over 1500 or 2000 so for now hcg is the only way to monitor.
