I need a second opinion...

My last period was Jan 12th.. it is now March 4th. I usually have an irregular cycle but only by a few days never almost a 2 months apart. I've never missed a period before.
I've been experiencing symptoms such as:
Headache
Bloating
Gas
Breast Tenderness
Constipated
Craving meat intensely
slight nausea yesterday (could've just been nerves)
Fatigue (have 0 motivation, never like this)
Mood swings.
so yeah, i've had SO many symptoms but no period in sight! I always know when I'm going to get it and I know its not coming. I took a HPT this morning and it was a possible evap... i'm not sure. I think first response test are so deceiving! Thought I saw a line last week on a cheap dollar store test.
What should I do, I know i should go to my doctor but i don't want to unless i really think i'm pregnant..what to do.... i think i may have implanted late or ovulated later than i thought... I'm not sure. so i have NO idea how far along id be or if its too early to test?
