At least 5 days late and negative hpt, could I still be pregnant?

So, I am pretty regular (although I am going through infertility treatment). They usually arrive 30-32 days although they occasionally a day earlier or late. Today, I am at least 5 days late (37 cd), this would be the latest I have been except when I was pregnant. I have taken 4 hpt and all negative. I plan on taking one more tomorrow morning and calling the doctor on Monday.

I don't have many symptoms. My nipples seem to be sensitive and my breast are bigger. I have had random cramping and pressure since a week before I was due. And my lower stomach has been very tender, and I don't like it touced or to sleep on it. And my cervix is very high.

So what do you think? Could I be?
