there is no sense in pillows, or even lying down after: the fit sperm make it through the cervix seconds after the ejaculation. good sperm "smell" where they have to go during the fertile window. and those that fail are not good enough anyway. what leaks out is seminal fluid (the ejaculate is made of the liquid that the sperm swim in, this liquid is only needed for ejaculation, it does not flow through the cervix) and dead and weak sperm debris which cannot make you pregnant anyway. women get pregnant even from sex standing up.

I agree with badipina. No use for pillows or cups. Sperm does not leak out. That's why the old tale of contraception which involves a girl jumping up and down after intercourse doesn't work. You will still get pregnant.
