Question

3 days late - BFN

Hey Ladies!

First things first I'm 25 years old - TTC for 6+ months.

I'm on a pretty regular 30 day cycle usually ovulating around day 14. This month around day 22 I had egg white CM so I did an OPK and it came up positive! So we BD'd just in case. Now AF is 3 days late, I'm nauseous, warm, and have an elevated heart-rate (around 95 BPM) but I keep getting BFN's

Is there a change I could be pregnant and it's just not showing up on the tests? At what point should I see a Dr.? It's so frustrating!

Thanks!

It's possible you could be pregnant but your HCG levels aren't high enough to register on a test yet. My sister didn't get a BFP until 10 days after her missed period, so just be patient and keep testing. It also sounds like you ovulated kinda late, so it may be too early to get a positive.

if your opk was positive on cd 22 you ovulated on cd 23-24, if your normal luteal phase is 16 days (30-14=16) then you should expect af - or bfp - only on cd 22+16=38. you are 5 days too early
