Opk and ovary pain

Hi all I done an opk on Wednesday 1st march I am pretty sure it was positive I done it around 12pm around 5pm the same day I got terrible pains on my right side I would say it was from my ovary! Me and the other half done the usual bd and it really hurt I felt the pain more coming from the same place could this of been ovulation?

It could've been ovulation, hard to say for sure becuz those pains can happen before, during or after actual O. If def sounds like O was around cd 12 or 13 tho.

Yes definitely, that's exactly how my ovulation sounds after a positive opk - and I can feel if it's my left or right ovary.
