Anxious lady

LMP Jan 24th.usually very regular 30-31 day cycles.hpt on 28th Feb negative.

I have been having low back aches almost every day since Feb 20th.had a very severe diarrhoea on 22nd Feb,dats two days before my due date of AF which hasn't turned up yet.TTC for quite sometime now.history of chemical pregnancy in may 2016.very gassy, flatulence present.had another two episodes of loose stools today evening.tested on Feb 28th and was BFN.my knees ache.now I am up with lower abdomen cramps n can't sleep.its not like menstrual cramps n mild relief after passing stools.i am confused.could I B pregnant??

Have you tested again? I know of some women who don't get positives for quite a while after a missed period. My own sister was 10 days late before getting her BFP, all negatives before then.
