Faint positive 3 weeks after D&C...pregnant or leftover hormones?

I found out February 1st that I had a missed miscarriage. I was almost 12 weeks and baby measured 9. On the 9th I had a D&C. Everything went great and I only spotted a few hours after the surgery. Four days later I spotted again for about two hours and that was it. When I went in for my 2 week checkup my doctor told me my hormone levels are back to normal even though I did not have blood work and that I should be ovulating right then if I hadn't already. I did have some ewcm and felt like I was ovulating. My husband and I had sex twice within that 3-4 day window. I'm one week and one day past that appointment (3weeks 1 day past D&C which would put me roughly at 8dpo. I'm having a lot of discharge similar to when I was pregnant the first two times but just a lot more of it. On a whim I took a test last night along with an opk to see if I was possibly ovulating now and the opk was negative but I had a faint line on the pregnancy test. Not sure if pregnant or leftover hcg from MMC
