Question

Charting after pregnancy

I had a baby in Nov. I would like to start charting again. I haven't gotten my period yet, but I took an ovulation test, and there's a line, so I would like to start charting. I can't find anywhere where I can restart without adding a period. Thank you.

I don't think there is, tbh. U could start with whichever date u want, label it as a period and make a note that it's just there so u could chart before ur first PPAF. It won't be very accurate but at least it's something. U could also just do ur own at home on paper. I've been using my calendar on my phone and making notes daily about cm and opk's, any cramping, spotting etc. I'm waiting on my first PPAF also.
Good luck! =))
