Spoitting?

Hi Guys
I started last friday with extra light bleeding then from then since my bleeding hasnt been heavier atall and seems to just come and go very light pink. My nipples are sore to, i had bloods done today and should get the results friday, but my mind is doing overtime. Could i be pregnant do yu reckon? my bleeding is usually heavy red blood with clots and last 4 days this has been on and off what i think is spotting with light pink watery blood and has lasted 6 days
