Faint lines(positive or negative)?

Need help plss, 3 days before my period i had spotting that i think my period is early came, i noticed it in the morning together with mocus and cramping like a regular cramp when i menstruating and my nipples is very sensitive to touch, and on the evening its getting pinkish and cramping again, but the following morning it gone. I took 2 test different brand and i got 2 faint lines. My period is expecting tomorrow. It is possible that it is positve. Thank you all
