Best urine for pregnancy test?
Hello. What is the best urine to detect pregnancy on an HPT? I have the EPT kind with pink dye. Basically, is there a time of day that is best or should I hold it for hours? I am not sure if I missed my period yet as my cycles can be irregular. I am on cycle day 34. No clue when I ovulated... Thanks.

There's no time of day that's best. What works for one person may not work for another. Ex. Some women only use/recommend FMU, if I use that, I'll have a faint line, if I get a line at all. Reason being, I drink a lot before bed, so my FMU is the equivalent to other women's afternoon urine. I use SMU becuz I can control exactly how long it's held and how concentrated it is, by how much fluid I drink. All-in-all, hold time and fluid intake are the only things that matter with a hpt.
