Neg test turns Pos?

I took two pregnancy tests the day after I was supposed to get my period. they came up negative. I later checked them out and they came up positive. I'm worried it could just be the evap line. I've never been pregnant before so I honestly don't know where to go from this point. I've been experiencing some light bleeding and cramping like I would on my period. also some flu like symptoms such as headache, very light nausea, diarrhea, light back ache, slight fever (99.5). should I wait a few days and test again? I'm not sure the exact test turned positive.
