Your next period should be expected on March 20-21st, this means you'll probaby ovulate somewhere around 6-7th of March, give or take a few days. I would try to have sex at least every other day between 2nd to 9th of March, just to cover the time span. You can also check your cervical fluid to find out if you are in your fertile period or not. No need to lay down after sex. Good luck! :)

it is impossible to predict by calendar. you can ovulate any day between cd 11 (feb 28) and cd 22 (march 11), roughly. if you are ttc use opks to know when you ovulate - and maybe temp, too.
there is no need in lying down. the good sperm pass through the cervix seconds after the ovulation, what liquidizes and flows out wouldn’t help anyway.
