Hello,
I'm assuming I'm out this month because I had a positive on 6DPO using a 10ml, then next day negatives using 25ml, then I left it and 9dpo I had two faint positives using 20ml tests.
Today 10DPO I'm having what feels like the lightest dull feeling in my left ovary but I don't usually have cramps before AF, and I'm having heartburn each night in bed, I had severe headaches up until 6DPO.
Any ideas please?!

a positive on 6 dpo must have been an evap or a floke, it is impossible to get a bfp on 6dpo - the hcg only begins to be produced after the implantation, and it only begins 6-10 dpo. and then 2-3 more days are needed for a detectable concentration to be reached. even 10 dpo is very early. i had my bfp on 12 dpo, and many women do not get their positive until 14 dpo or later.
if your cramp on 10 dpo were implantation you should test 12-13 dpo at the earliest to get the answer. gl
