I'm terribly sorry for your loss, I was in the same situation a few months ago and my heart breaks for anyone going through this. Hopefully I can offer you some insight for the future. I had a strong heartbeat at 7wks and for my 11wk appt found out my baby didn't have a heart beat. They measured it to about week 9 and scheduled me for a d&c nov 15th. I think it was about 4 was until i ovulated and I didn't bleed much post d&c , but then my first two periods were a disaster. We wanted to try again right away since it was our first , but my body was definitely not ready. I finally feel after 2 full cycles im "normal" and Ttc this month. I'm hoping I'm just a rare case and hopefully you will have better luck sooner than we did :) wish you well!

I'm so sorry. Like you, I found out at 10 weeks that my baby stopped growing at 9. I had a d&c on December 9th. I had very light bleeding for 5 days and then I was back to normal as far as discharge. Then, 6 days later I had passed a few half dollar sized clots and bled for 10 days. Then like before, back to normal. My actual period had started 9 days after that. It was 30 days after my d&c that my period had started. I ovulated a few days later than I normally do during a cycle, but I am pregnant from that cycle. I was told your more fertile the first 3 months following a miscarriage I hope and pray that will get your bfp soon. .
