HCG 16.9 11days later 81 :/

Hey ladies. I had a blood test done and it was 16.9. And they told me I was pregnant. 11 days later I had another blood draw and it was 81. I had a transvaginal ultrasound and no just stational sack was detected. Is there still a chance that I could have a healthy pregnancy or should my levels be way higher And a just stational sack should be visible?. I was five weeks yesterday according to my LMP
I am so heartbroken I don't know what to think ..
The hospital said my urine test was negative but all my home test have been positive. I don't know where to post this I posted it in early pregnancy and have gotten no answers.
