Can I get pregnant in the same month I had a miscarriage and D&C?

On February 1st I had a D&C, after finding out at my 8 week ultra sound my baby had no heart beat. After my D&C I had very mild spotting the first day. No bleeding the second. On The 3rd I started extreme cramping. The morning of the 4th a full blown period began. I bleed continuously until the 14th. An ovulation test was taken on Feb 11th. And came back positive that I would ovulate within 48 hours. My husband and I were intimate several times that week. I have been to my doctor and all is well from my D&c. Is it possible I did ovulate even while bleeding and possible that I could have become pregnant? At this point I know testing is to early. Im just curious if it is possible.
