Which day is my ovulation day?? Did I ovulate?
I got a positive OPK on CD 22, however, my temps have been confusing and I'm not sure when/if I ovulated. Does anyone have any idea which day I ovulated? Or if I ovulated at all? My cycles are usually around 30 days long.

The link you provided didn't work for me so I can't give you a specific date... but I can give some general info. My temps also tend to be erratic. Some months it's super easy to see a shift, others it's up and down all along. I asked my doctor about it and she said that an OPK can only register your LH surge - which is needed for ovulation, but isn't indicative of ovulation itself. Really, the best (if not only) way to see if you've ovulated is to look for a temperature shift of roughly .5 degrees (mine are usually only about .3 degrees) that stays constant for at least three days (to rule out fevers or other extraneous reasons). So, even if your temps are all up and down, if they stay generally below a set point (for me it's usually 97.7) and then suddenly they rise up (for me it's usually around 98.0) for a few days, then the day before your temperature shifted is most likely to be the day you ovulated. Sometimes that's right when my OPK says it is, other times it's a few days after
