Messed up birth control and had unprotected intercourse.. need opinions please!!

I am in a relationship and we dont use condoms.. but heres my question..so i have been on birth control for 3 months. I take them religiously..like an alarm and bam i take them same time every night. Well the past 2 weeks i been busy and been taking them at different times (within an hour) every night. One night i forgot cause i we t out and forgot my birth control but took it as soon as i got home...3 in the morning and spaced alcohol having cpunteraction. My dp and i last had sex feb 8th... Im 10dpo and have all the early symptoms.. crampy/twinges, gas, bloated, sore breasts (although could be from bc), major fatique, frequent urination and weird dreams. Just need everyones opinions..i have a daughter so this would be second...
