Positive hpt visited clinic but their test were negative , is there still a possible chance I could be pregnant ?

if the clinic test was blood test - it is definitely reliable, if it was just another poas test it could be of low sensitivity.
yourown test had the 2nd line after 10 min so it is not reliable - take a sensitive pink dye test or get your blood drawn for hcg.
