Am I going crazy or am I pregnant?

Okay so lately since ovulation. I've noticed that I've had extreme symptoms & this isn't me just dreaming or wishing I was pregnant!
I've noticed that my breasts feel ALOT more fuller almost like they're swollen. My nipples are extremely sensitive & my areolas are darker than usual with the white pimples around..

I've been bloated my stomach feels hard! Very thirsty and urinating much more frequently. Very fatigued I woke up around 1pm today and still felt like I stayed up all night.

I tested with 6 day early test but I'm only at 7dpo.. there was a very light almost invisible line with no color I had to zoom in just to see it.. I honestly think it's negative but why am I having all these symptoms maybe it's just still too early? Maybe I'll test again in a week or so.
