I am 13 dpo with extreme fatigue. I had cramps 5 dpo but breast arnt tender.

I have been so tired for about a week now. My DH really thinks I am pregnant this time around, I remain sceptical because my breasts have tingled and been sensitive but no changes in them. With my first they were so horribly tender and grew fast. Has anyone had a BFP without breast changes. I haven't test, scared for another BFN. I have had headaches, dull cramps, muscle aches, extreme fatigue, increased smell... I don't trust symptoms anymore. I am really tired of being tired if its nothing lol.
