Question

Have you taken a progesterone test day 22 of your cycle?

I received a result of 8.03 on my progesterone test. I am wondering what this could mean!? Please help

As I remember from a doctor telling me, day 21 to 23 progesterone of 6.5 to 7 is the minimal level considered consistent with ovulation. 10 is a good level for normal ovulation. A level in excess of 18 is considered conclusive proof of ovulation. So it sounds like you may have ovulated this cycle.

it sounds like you ovulated but your progesterone is on the lower side, could be luteal phase deficiency, fertility specialists like to see more than 10 to sustain pregnancy. ask your doctor if he thinks vaginal supplementation may make sense if you are ttc.
