Tmi! Cervix question!

Hi ladies! Wondering if anyone here checks their cervix? My AF is due in 2 days and I checked mine and it was very high, like almost could not reach it and it felt somewhat like the tip of my nose. I do not regularly check my cervix only on occasion. Also TMI warning, when I was done checking it I had lotion CM on my finger. ( and no sign of AF) I have been tired, cramping for 3 days on and off, and just not feeling good. My question is what did your cervix feel like before you got your BFP!?
