1st period since stopping birth control

I'm not sure when I ovulated! I'm on day29 and having negative tests. it it possible I can ovulate after the standard 14 days? I had 4 days of very light spotting before I started my period they I started as normal. I have counted the 1st days of my period when I started with normal flow.
