can I be pregnant?

I took plan B in October and that was the only time I have taken it. In novemeber my period came later than usual(20) when it usually starts the 17th & in December it came a week later. (27) January I had no period but discharge, lots of bloating, cramps and headaches. I took a first response 6 day sooner test this morning & the test came back negative. Could plan B have impacted my cycle or did the test not work on me?
