Question

When should I take a Pregnancy test?

so on January 1st I took a generic brand of Emergency contraception after a no consent sexual encounter which only last maybe a few seconds to a minute so no full on ejaculation just worried about pre because I was ovulating January 1st. I have no way of knowing when I will start my period for this month because the pill. I went to the OBGYN on January 30th got checked for pregnancy and the sharp pain I had on my ovaries. The test came out negative, but I assumed it was too early he told me that it seemed the pill had worked that is why I bleed a week after taking the emergency pill, yet I feel uncertain.
He then diagnosed me with PID and been taking two medications for it. I have been experiencing backaches and fatigue generally feeling unwell not sure if it is the meds. I have not had my regular PMS symptoms such as breast pain I did experience some stretchy milky white fluid which shouldn't happen if I already ovulated. The discharge is accompanied by itching. very worried
