Did I experience implantation bleeding?

My LMP was on Jan13. On Jan 18 Me and my boyfriend were messing around and his penis came in contact with my vagina but there wasn't no penetration. . I'm scared that his precum might have gotten me pregnant. On that same day 6hrs later I took a plan b pill. 6 days later on Jan 24 I started bleeding, it was bright red blood but light and then it got somewhat heavy the second day at night. This bleeding lasted for 3days. I had cramps but there wasn't significant blood clots. I had like stringy blood clots. I want to know if this implantation bleeding? Or is it to early for it? Can it be a side effect of plan b pill?
