Rusty red to dark brown CM when I wipe...

Hi ladies. I'm about 4-5 weeks pregnant and have been having rusty red to brown stringy CM when I wipe for over a week now. Last night it was bright red when I went pee (just for 3 wipes) then back to brown today. I miscarried before and have had my daughter since. I'm sort of internally freaking out. I went to the walk in today but the dr wasn't very helpful - he said he thinks it's old blood but couldn't really see much. So I had to do bloodwork and don't get the results (if at all) for at least 2 days. Any advice or experience??
