I dont understand if its posible that im pregnant

Hi i took a pregnancy test on my 7dpo and at first it said negative so i left it in my purse the next morning i look it and it shows two lines the control line darker an the test line very very faint i get mi hopes up but at the same time im sure that im not pregnant because it was too early now i am 9dpo and im scare to take another test to see if it came positive and i dont know wich test can i use too see or if im going to wait
