Praying for a bfp need some advice

I'm a day late and still no sign of her coming been cramping off and on and sore boobs everyone seems to see a glow on me but me I've headaches and this like burning sensation in my leg like some one stabbed me I'm not sleeping at night and wen I do I don't get up til 2 pm the next day and still be tired any advice please
