Cramping, Sciatic pain & sore hips..

I'm currently CD28, my shortest cycle s 28 days longest is 30. so due anytime now, more recently ive been a 28day cycle.

ive had cramps/backache/hip ache since 12th Jan (CD15)

pink spotting once on tissue on 15th Jan (CD18)

Cramping, Sciatic pain, hip ache and general AF feeling since spotting.. ive had no more blood since, but constantly feeling crampy/achey.

is this a good sign? I'm guessing I ovulated around CD12-14 as thats my average over all previous cycles.
