Endometrium thickenss

I'm 49 years old, and had a period end of September. End of Oct endometrium thickness of 7mm. 13 days ago only 1.7 and largest follicle 6mm. Yesterday had cramps and had a scan - endometrium has doubled to 3.4mm and follicles bigger. Could this continue to increase ? should I have a scan next week ? thanks !
