it is usually written on the test. FRER has 12.5. there are some that start at 10. most others have 25miu or 50 miu.

I've found first response 6 days sooner to be the most sensitive

So my experience: first response is pretty sensitive. I've been tracking my HCG down to zero since miscarriage. Just saw doc as it's 7 weeks now and still getting positive tests. Ultrasound confirmed I'm in beginning of new cycle. My beta is
2 today with this test! Crazy that first response is still picking this up with faint but clearly positive within first minute and a half
