Late ovulation and 4 days opks positive

My cycles are 31-34 days. I'm on cd 29. This is the first month using opks. Started testing cd6. All negative until cd 26. Now it's positive still and I'm on cd 29. Any ideas?

lh can stay in the system for several days - this is normal and not important, what matters is the beginning of the surge, as this is what releases the egg. with a pos on cd26 you must have ovulated on cd27, there is no more need using opk
