If I had sex two days before ovulation is it possible to become pregnant?

I'm in my 6dpo..after ovulation my cm became to watery and slippery...for about two days..now it's kind of dry...for the past two day my nipples really hurt were kind of sensive..my cervix high and soft..I'm very confuse...I don't want to think I have conceive when I haven't..since yesterday my left hand strated to hurt like carpal tunnel syndrome..as well as my left ankle..any ideas why I'm experiencing this symptoms..also two days ago my temp went down to 97. And when up again yesterday to 97.6 I'm in 98.4 so confuse how body tem pure works..
