Two periods in a month ,which is my real period to detect my pregnancy symptoms or pre period ?
On 12/12 I had my period. On the 23/12 I had another period ( brown instead of red blood) with cramps and the lot… I have a 24 day cycle which is spot on every month. I had sex on the 2/1/2017 . My period has not come if I count the first period I have not had it so if I go by my second period it should have been on the 16th. Today is the 18th and I had nausea/ feeling faint / jelly like legs sensation and cramping like a period pain and two nose bleeds. I am generally feeling exhausted . I did two preg tests which came out negative . Can I be pregnant ?
I have just finished a cycle of HUMIRA TNF BLOCKERS to lower my immune system before a course of IVF as we found out that I have an auto immune disease that causes me to have have miscarriages and my body is attacking the Fetous. Hopefully I am pregnant and I don't need IVF but I am impatient until my visit on the 30th to the clinic.
Is it possible to have all these symptoms so early on if I am pregnant?

I had two periods in one month so I was doing research and I found implantation and also a change of AF. The next month I didn't have a period so I was jumping for joy took 1000 of test just to get my period the next month. I would say be patient and stay calm and wait for your appointment! I know it's hard! If you do want to take a test take a cheapie.
