Getting pregnant with pcos

I have two beautiful kids already this month my partner and i started trying for our first together. I found it easy to conceive my second, she was planned i was wondering if anyone had any trouble concieving when their periods become less frequent as i had to be put on medication to make me come on. I come off the contraceptive pill this month, unsure if having been on that might up my chances in any way. Any insight, advice or personal experiences would be helpful and appreciated. TIA
