Am I finally pregnant after months of trying? Or am I just getting my hopes up?

I had unprotected sex about two or three weeks ago, saturday. I think I was ovulating but I'm not quite sure. I've been really moody, hungry and about a week ago my nipples starting hurting really bad and they're getting all veiny. I've been having troubles in the past trying to get pregnant. Is it possible that I could be? My period is suppose to come this week but I haven't gotten it yet. I took a pregnancy test a few days ago and it said negative. But maybe it was too early. Help!
