20DPO...8 Days late. BFN (possible FAINT BFP this am) If I was pregnant, wouldn't it show by now???

CD33 (AF 24-28) Stomach cramps for weeks, NO BLOOD! More like a pulling sensational all over belly. 3 previous children, been so long can't remember my symptoms. Took HPT today FMU, didn't even wait 3 minutes, looked after and walked away. HOURS later, faint positive. Doesn't look like EVAP line.. really just wanna know if anyone has ever taken this long to get a BFP?
