There is no need to entirely give up on alcohol while TTC, but less is definitely better. Keep in mind that alcohol is a toxin and taxes the liver. As a matter of fact, many acupuncturists recommend a fertilitily cleanse or gentle liver detox in order to improve your odds while TTC and to prepare the body for pregnancy. Best wishes.
