I had to remove my Myoma before i was able to conceive. Myoma's can grow either very quickly or remain the same. Mine grew rapidly and would've resulted in miscarriage if it was not removed. Your doctor should be able to advise the best route.

sorry wanted to say it depend on the location and details of the cyst. Some people can have a healthy pregnancy with a cyst.

ovarian cysts usually dissolve themselves with time (within 2-3 cycles), if they are not hormonally active they dont disturb.
myomas according to the current research if they are singular and not too big do not interfere either, but it depends on the location/size/growth.

Is it necessary to take laparoscopy for this purpose??

we are not doctors here and do not really see your US so hard to say. if you are in doubt ask a second medical opinion maybe.
possibly observation for a month or two to see if the cyst disappears and whether the myoma grows or not would not be wrong anyway. if the fibroid grows in such a way that the uterine lining is too thin or that it squeezes the uterus too much it can interfere with the implantation.
