Low Progesterone & Early Miscarriage

I wanted to quickly share my story with all of you because I know this impacts many women and I think it's very important to be well-informed as you're trying to get pregnant. I began trying to get pregnant in October 2015. I had my first early miscarriage at 5.5 weeks in February 2016 and my second in September at about 5 weeks. I would get a positive pregnancy test, my period would be late, and then sure enough, I'd start having some light bleeding that became heavier and heavier. My intuition told me that something was wrong an so we decided to be proactive and see a doctor. Unbelievably, the day of my appointment, I found out that I was pregnant again. After telling the doctor about the past year of events, he immediately said that he thought it was a progesterone issue. An ultrasound confirmed this. He started me on progesterone supplements and injections 2x per week. I am now in my 16th week of pregnancy! I hope this information may be helpful to some of you.
