Question

What has everyone used/taken to increase chances of a BFP?

I take a prenatal with folic acid, pre-ovulation I take evening primrose oil then in my luteal phase take vitamin B6 because my LP is on the short side. We also use pre-seed. Is there anything more that I can do? We've been ttc for a year and I definitely ovulate

There are lots of supplements you can give a try - depending on what might be helpful for your specific situation. I have tried all of these and am still using some of them while preparing for a FET. Here comes the list: Royal Jelly, Maca Root, l-arginine, Siberian ginseng, Ashwagandha, fishoil, flaxseed oil, Ubiquinol, red clover blossom tea, red raspberry leaf tea, extra zinc, iron supplement, vitamin D, low dose aspirin, try a low sugar/low caffeine approach. Avoid dairy or use full fat products instead of the 0% varieties, pineapple core, pomegranate juice, wheatgrass/spirulina, Melatonin, soy isoflavones. Google any of these and see what might be useful to you. Also, take a close look at your diet and see if there are any areas for improvement. Best wishes.
