Pregnancy or not help??!!

So I last had my period on 2nd December. I had my implant removed after 3 years last Monday (9th Jan) I've since taken two pregnancy tests as I am actively trying to get pregnant as an ovulation test was negative just to try and work out what my body is up too. Both of these Tesco branded tests were faint positives?! Took a first response and it was negative. Feeling lots of symptoms and quite comcovinced I am but wanted to know if anyone else has had a similar experience. I am already mum to two beautiful girls age 10 and 3 xx
