Ovulation test

My last period was January 1st 2017 this is my 1st time using ovulation test can someone help me looking at it am I'm ovulating or am I close to ovulation is the test and control line must match completely or is 1suppose to be darker than the other

A positive test is when the line is the same darkness or darker than the control line. If gradually gets darker, your positive is the when it was as dark as the control line
