5 weeks 1 day prego and having some mild cramps.

I got my BFP almost 2 weeks ago but wasn't abe to call the Dr. (I was out of the country). The office is closed over the weekend so I'll call first thing Monday. I'm experiencing cramps, diarrhea, and heartburn. Should I be worried? Also, when does the first ultrasound and appointment occur? This is my first, I have PCOS, am overweight, and am in my 30s.
